GAS STATION AUTOMATION
The system of automatic non-operator delivery of fuel using smart cards and chip keys allows for operatorless control over the amount of fuel and prevents theft of oil products. At the same time, there is no need to increase the staff of service personnel, all information about gas stations is transmitted wirelessly to a computer anywhere in the world, and a report on the amount of fuel dispensed is integrated into the 1C: Accounting program.
The gas station can also be controlled remotely. This system includes a multifunctional level gauge that allows you to monitor fuel residues, its temperature, density and amount of produced water. You will be able to control the quantity and quality of the supplied raw materials from the supplier and the conscientiousness of your own staff.

FUELER AUTOMATION
Tanker automation with a system of automatic non-operator fuel dispensing using smart cards, chip keys and an automatic fuel dispenser with a Benza BS controller is:
- A modern and reliable tool for monitoring the operation modes of fuel tanker devices
- A simple and multifunctional solution designed for various companies involved in the transportation and sale of fuel
- The automatic fuel dispenser can be installed both on new and already operated tankers and tankers.
The operation of the dispenser is carried out from a regular tanker pump or from its own pump, the supply voltage can be 12 V, 24 V, 220 V, 380 V.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE OF BENZA BS CONTROLLER
The driver drives up to the dispenser, presses the “Start” button on the controller, then the driver inserts the pistol into the car’s tank and brings a smart card or chip keys, at this time the monthly limit is displayed on the display (provided that it is entered into the program).
The driver can fill:
- the entire daily limit at once
- split the issuance of the limit into several gas stations, but within the daily limit
- pour fuel to a full tank, in this case the limit on the card is reduced by the amount that is issued.
After refueling the required amount of fuel, the driver must press the “stop” button on the controller to turn off the fuel dispenser, or wait from 5 to 30 seconds, depending on the selected settings, and the fuel dispenser will turn off by itself. At the same time, a report on the dispensed fuel is sent to the computer where the Benza software “Automatic MTZS” is installed.

This device is used at an automatic gas station and is needed to calculate the cost. The client inserts the card, pays.
